WHA-402 Nanometer aluminum oxide

 

This product of nanometer active aluminum oxide,its particle diameter is 10-20 nanometer. It is widely used in the fields of metallurgical,ceramic,mechanical,chemical,electronic,medicinal,
aeronautical and aerospace industries etc.

2.Properties and uses:
The diameter of nanometer active aluminum oxide made by the company is within 10-20nm(Fig.1),the size of which is about 1/10 to 1/100 of common aluminum oxide particle.It has large specific
surface area, quantum dimensional effect and micro dimensional effect
etc.So,it results in changing many properties of aluminum oxide,such as decrease of melting point,raise of vapor pressure,increase of activity and fantastical variance of sound,electricity,light,magnetism,heat and mechanics etc.
When nanometer aluminum oxide is added into the crude crystalline powder of ceramics,the compactness,tenacity and conductibility of the ceramics can be improved.
There are three features of nanometer aluminum oxide in catalysis: ①raising reaction velocity;②Increasing reaction efficiency;③decreasing reaction strength.The nanometer aluminum oxide has strong adsorbing ability to ultraviolet ray with the wave length below 250nm,so it can improve the luminosity of fluorescent powder.In addition,it can also improve the performances of cosmetic,fabric,national defence and speceflight materials when the nanometer aluminum oxide added. The carrier made from nanometer aluminum oxide has the porous volume of 2 ml/g and specific surface area of 700m2/g.
